My Feed Isn't Updating
Why your widget might be showing old content, and how to resolve it.

Check Your Refresh Interval
Each plan has a different content refresh rate. On the Free plan, content refreshes once every 24 hours. On Pro, it's also daily. On Business and Agency, it's twice daily. If you recently posted on social media, your widget may not have refreshed yet.
Check your current plan and its refresh interval on your Profile page. If you need faster updates, consider upgrading your plan.
Browser Caching
Your browser may be showing a cached version of the widget. Try doing a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) or clearing your browser cache. You can also test in an incognito/private window to see the latest content.
The widget script includes cache-busting parameters, but aggressive browser caching or CDN caching on your website can sometimes delay updates.
API Connection Issues
For Instagram and Facebook widgets, the connection to Meta's API can occasionally need reauthorisation. If your feed has stopped updating entirely, try deleting the widget and creating a new one — this will re-trigger the Meta OAuth flow and establish a fresh connection.
For Google Reviews, check that your Google Business Profile is still active and has the expected reviews. If your business listing has changed or been merged, you may need to create a new widget with the updated listing.
