Pricing questions
What are the limits of the free plan?
The free plan includes 1 widget with unlimited views, manual refresh only, a small Social Media Feeds badge and email support. There is no time limit and no credit card is needed. Automatic refresh, branding removal and more widgets need a paid plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel or downgrade from the subscription section of your profile page. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that your widgets revert to the free plan limits and your widget settings are kept.
What counts as a widget?
One widget is one connected feed with its own layout and embed code, for example one Instagram feed or one Google Reviews widget. You can place the same widget on as many pages as you like, and views are never limited.
How often does each plan refresh my feed?
Free is manual refresh only. Starter and Pro refresh automatically once a day. Business and Agency refresh automatically twice a day. You can also refresh a widget manually from your dashboard.
What does the Agency plan include?
Agency includes unlimited widgets, client folders to organise widgets by client, 3 team seats, no Social Media Feeds branding, twice daily refresh, analytics and priority support. It is built for agencies and freelancers managing several client websites.
What currency are prices in, and is GST included?
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. Yearly billing costs ten months of the monthly price, which saves about 17 percent.
