Plans and Pricing Explained

A breakdown of the Free, Pro, Business, and Agency plans — what's included, pricing, and refresh rates.

Free Plan

The Free plan is designed to let you try Social Media Feeds with no commitment. You get 1 active widget with unlimited page views. Content refreshes once every 24 hours. The widget includes a small "Powered by Social Media Feeds" badge. Email support is included.

The Free plan is a great starting point — there's no time limit, so you can use it for as long as you like.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan costs $19 AUD/month (or $190/year — saving $38). You get up to 4 active widgets, content refreshing daily, no branding on your widgets, widget analytics with 30-day data retention, and email support.

Pro is ideal for businesses with multiple social platforms or multiple website pages that each need their own widget.

Business Plan

The Business plan costs $49 AUD/month (or $490/year — saving $98). You get up to 10 widgets, content refreshing twice daily, no branding, widget analytics with 90-day data retention, and priority email support.

Business is designed for multi-location businesses and companies that need real-time social content across many pages or websites.

Agency Plan

The Agency plan costs $99 AUD/month (or $990/year — saving $198). You get unlimited widgets, content refreshing twice daily, client folders to organise widgets by client, up to 3 team member seats, no branding, full analytics, and priority support.

Agency is purpose-built for marketing agencies and freelancers managing social feeds across multiple client websites. For a detailed walkthrough of Agency features, see Agency Plan — Client Folders & Team Members.

All Plans Include

Every plan includes unlimited page views (you're never charged by how many people see your widget), full customisation options (colours, fonts, layouts, spacing), all six platforms (Google Reviews, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube), responsive design, and a one-line embed code that works on any website.
