Managing Your Profile — Email and Password

How to update your email address, change your password, and manage your profile picture.

Updating Your Email Address

To change your email address, go to your Profile page (click your avatar or name in the top navigation). In the profile section, update the email field and click "Save Changes".

Your new email will be used for all future communications including support replies, billing notifications, and login.

Changing Your Password

On your Profile page, scroll to the password section. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. Click "Update Password" to save.

If you've forgotten your current password, log out and use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We'll send a password reset link to your email address.

Profile Picture

You can upload a profile picture on your Profile page. Click on the avatar area to upload an image. You can crop and adjust the image before saving.

Your profile picture appears in the top navigation bar when you're logged in. It's optional — if you don't upload one, your initials will be displayed instead.

Deleting Your Account

If you need to delete your account, you'll find the option at the bottom of your Profile page. Account deletion is permanent — all your widgets, settings, and data will be removed and cannot be recovered.

If you have an active paid subscription, make sure to cancel it first before deleting your account.
